Updates to The Story Behind Our Pump Pouches

2007

We are happy to say that our daughter now has partial coverage for her pump supplies.

Thanks to all those responsible, in the approval and development of the Ontario Government funding program.

With multiple diabetics in our home, we are hoping to, in time, have another pumper in the house.

2008

After over 39 years of injections, Craig has now joined our daughter in the wonderful world of using an insulin pump.

We still don't have any coverage for Craig's pump or supplies but after seeing the positive difference it has made
in our daughter's quality of life over the last 5 years, we feel that he too should have an insulin pump.
